The Providore Downtown Gallery

The Providore no one's not familiar with but what draws my attention was Kki's cakes, they are now only selling at The Providore Downtown Gallery outlet.

Kki cakes are in a partnership with The Providore.

If you want to have less sweetened cakes and more of mousse texture sensation, then their cakes will be the most perfection taste for you.

Kinabaru, (SG$8.50) coconut mousse with passionfruit.

Very lightly coconut paired with passionfruit, feels like on a vacation.

Rouge (SG$9.50), fromage blanc with raspberry.

The raspberry makes it more of a soury taste, if you love sour the Rouge will be your best mate.

Mont Blanc (SG$9.50), all chestnut moments you can taste of.

The most less sweetened Mont Blanc that I have ever had in my life, usually Mont Blanc from other patisseries mostly taste sweet, beside sweet it may be very sweet. Exception for Kki's Mont Blanc, I think I can have 5 of these at a time... My love for chestnut was way beyond anyone's expectation and I quite love the soft crust that was made at the bottom as well.

Nao (SG9.50), strawberry mousse with pistachio.

Another very light matched simple creation, but the memory of the taste did not register in my mind that much.

I will have to order more cakes next time and I seriously can have more than what I ordered.
